Emails

Enter "Tools" — "Emails" to create and send Emails from Evertrack platform:


Here you can see the list of all emails you've already sent. To define (remind) what was happened to them, see the Status (Sent, Queued, Scheduled, Draft, Failed or Paused):


When you create a new email, write a Subject, your name, and your email (just like in a regular email). After all, write down the message you want to send. Then you click the “Create email and go to recipient" button or cancel your actions:


The function doesn't differ from the regular email. You can send as many letters as you want. In the “Details” tab you can check all your data you’ve already written (if you need to change something, just click the “Edit” button). You can schedule the email or send it immediately, and test email to see if the platform works:


Below you can find a list of recipients and information about them. Here you can manipulate the list of receivers. You can add affiliate users and managers, you can add a filter to group those you want to send an email:



Note this! To be able to send emails, tune the Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP) tab in Settings. SMTP setup is very simple:


  • Add the outgoing mail server hostname in the “Host” line.
  • Specify the port number through which the interaction with the server will take place.
  • Click the “Secure” button to activate SMTPS, if you want to choose other mail protocol.
  • Write down the username and password of your mailbox.
  • Point out the email from which you plan to send messages.
  • Test the updates and send emails to all your partners.
