Affiliates are traffic providers and those who are responsible for the ad promotion. Affiliates send traffic and help ad campaign to achieve goals. Evertrack gathered all the affiliates in one tab for an easier search:
Here, you can see a list of all the Affiliates, create new Affiliates, even filter them by Country or Manager, Categories, and Status. There are four types of Status: Active, Pending, Blocked and Deleted. If it’s necessary, export all the data on your laptop.
Create new affiliate
You can click the “Create” button in the list of all affiliates or just enter “Affiliates” — “New affiliates” and fill in the same page:
In this tab, the Account manager can add new Affiliates by filling in the required lines. Mention the name of the company, insert postback URL, define Country (with region and city), write down the address, zip code, and phone number.
Account manager also has to determine the status of the Affiliate (Active, Pending, Deleted, or Blocked), and assign the manager:
Write in notes some important information that will help to define the affiliate better. For instance, network or media buyer, what traffic do Affiliate has, incent or non-incent traffic, GAID, IDFA params, creative name, etc.
In “Affiliate users” tab you can see the users’ contacts of each Affiliate. There are mentioned first and last names, position, email, Affiliate name, Status and could be mentioned some notes:
Click the “Create” button to form a new Affiliate user. Fill all lines by the standard. Pick up an Affiliate from the list, write down the first name and the last name, add the position (Title), add the phone and email. Don’t forget to indicate the Role of the user:
Evertrack provides access to certain resources depending on the Role (Administrator, Owner, Creator, Manager, etc.). And don’t forget to specify what API status has the affiliate user (Active, Inactive, Pending, Rejected):
API helps to automatize the work with Offers. Evertrack Affiliate API provides programmatic access to the tracker data and statistics. API is a solution to make our affiliate platform and your customer conversion work together.
Affiliate categories are specific markers that help to group Affiliates in certain ranks. Evertrack provided categories because it’s convenient for managers. They don’t have to search each Affiliate separately.
The category creates manually. You can divide Affiliates by geo (Southeast Asia, North America, etc.), by type of traffic (incent or non incent), by premium Affiliates (White list), etc.
