Evertrack is designed for advertisers and networks to run CPA offers and affiliate programs. The software helps track, manage, and scale your advertising campaigns and traffic from one single dashboard.


Evertrack grew out of our experience in the performance marketing industry when we provided mobile user acquisition services for app businesses and advertising agencies. At that time, we spent many hours tracking different ad campaigns and traffic sources for performance optimization.


Our efforts really paid off: overall our optimization directly led to a 17% lower eCPM for network and affiliate channels, comparing to Facebook ads. Besides, we improved performance rates for in-app engagements - including Retention, Registration, In-game tutorial completion - by 12%. We would never achieve those results without steady tracking and optimization. 


However, we were constantly frustrated at the limitations of the popular affiliate tracking tools we worked with. In fact, we were able to track almost half of the campaigns and affiliates we wanted to simply because those tools were difficult and time-consuming to use. Evertrack is the software we wish we had for managing ads and traffic.


After discussing similar complaints with dozens of media buying teams, affiliates and networks, we set out to create the simplest and fastest affiliate tracking platform imaginable. The features we’re excited about are:


1. Extended Offers List. Offers are not just a list with names, payouts, and statuses. In Evertrack, all offers are available in a single, report-like list for quick and easy tracking. You can track offers for the basic performance metrics: impressions, clicks, conversions, CR, margin, # of affiliates applied, etc.


2. CRM-like user management. Advertisers and Affiliates are the two types of partners you deal with in order to build and grow your affiliate network. In Evertrack, managing both is as easy as you would do it in your favorite CRM. Categorize and filter your partners, hide inactive users, set priorities, export CSV.


3. It’s fast. We set speed the #1 priority for Evertrack. The system is powered with fast cloud servers to ensure hyper reactiveness to traffic requests and minimize any possibility of delays due to hardware or network issues. Whatever you’re doing in Evertrack - building a report, updating an offer, sending an email - it is being done “now”, no delays.


4. Rules for advanced targeting. Investing in untargeted ads is a bad practice. When you do not target ads, you lose money and the traffic you buy does not convert into a lead or sale. Evertrack features the Rules - an advanced ad targeting tool that lets set up to deliver traffic to desired audiences. You can add targeting rules to an offer using the Default List or create custom Rules that best fit your ad campaign.


5. Emails to keep your network up-to-date. Create, personalize, copy and send emails to the participants of your network including Managers, Affiliates, Advertisers. For example, you can send daily offer updates to your affiliates with an immediate or scheduled email. Or notify your employees of the latest changes to procedures or else.
